Ripping/Art Theft

Also to be referred to as copyright theft. No uploads containing in part or in totality another artist's work will be accepted without a written authorization from the original author.  Permissions for use must be included in a .zip file with your upload.  Repeated offenses can result in removal of uploading privelages.

I posted a link to this thread in the Starddock IRC channel so someone can take a look at this problem.  It's best to let the Mods or Admin handle these problems.

EternalSpline -

Accusations such as this are better handled by PM'ing a Moderator or an Admin such as Island_Dog or Jafo.  I have forwarded this on for review.

We know the policy and will handle this matter after checking things out.

I'm locking this post to prevent any flaming on either side.

First ausvet doesn't sell his dreams.

Second. From the Pond5 Legal page:

2) Grant of License

  1. In consideration of Licensee's acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and payment of license fee as required, Pond5 grants Licensee a non-exclusive worldwide perpetual right to use, display, modify, publish and create Works for Distribution incorporating Licensed Content in any and all media an unlimited number of times.

Do you know that ausvet is not a licensed user?

Third, suspected rips are best handled by PM'ing a Moderator. You can find on in the forums and click on their name and select Private Message from the dropdown.
