What I think: You are rich in contrast, depends on what your idea is about the title. If it is a sort of warning or so, I would make the background much more dramatic, for instance to the left there is a figure you can sort of fall to the ground or something. Maybe the light white spots can vary in grey tunes, make your composition so, that initially the eye focuses on one item ( for instance the logo), then the eye should be stimulated to wander through the whole image. If it was my work I would let the emerald green "shadow" overlap all areas of the logo, and use it as a lightsource that also touches the background (same colour but saturated to grey)..Use transparancy brush so that you get a glaze effect. I would play with text and logo, more to a dynamic composition rather than static. Maybe a kind of dark red over the bottom part of the text, again transparent, and you get a neat shadowy green. Integrate the text more with background. Just a few thoughts. Keep on going bones
It's an improvement
I really like the right bottom now, has a foggy look, if you look to the left part you might discover the "vertical black/white bars". I would try right from the top left "head like form", to make the same sort of grey fogginess as in the bottom right corner. Now, if you think you like to add more colour you can think of using a dark blue ( transparant brush again, 80% or so) over the real dark area's, not everywhere, but here and there.
Also now the eye wants to explore more. Keep on going Bones
You are still the one that has to interpret it, and decide how to proceed. Your win 2003 was a joy, and so is this.

I enjoy working with others on projects, fun to see what we come up with. The title is in my name, but a definite community effort. Without everybody in it, it would probably be sitting on my computer still waiting to be finished. Too bad we didn't have more people's tags up there
