Skinning All Programs menu on WB4?

Where do you go to skin the All Programs menu in Skin Studio for XP? I can't find it anywhere.

Open up explorer on the left hand side in SkinStudio. Click on Start Panel then click on menu. That's it. The menu background and the menu item selector.
