It won't make it.

The result isn't THAT bad but its what the admins call a 'filter franzy' or something like that

am I right:

Filter>Render>Clouds,
Filter>Blur>Radialblur>spin
Filter>Blur>RadialBlur>Zoom.

Might have added 5 dots with a brush.

after that you have added a text, duplicated it and added a motion blur to it.

You forgot Polar coordinates, pinch, wind, blur, render lighting effects, beveled, three layers of text multiplied and overlayed, alpha channeled text selection, plastic wrap and some more But when you're right, you're right I don't really like making walls, just got a little crazy with photoshop!

, well, I didn't say I didn't like it. I started a simulair wall a little while ago, drawed some lines accros the screen and then radial blurred them, At the end I had some cool looking speaker (didn't intend to, but still)
