Help with dropdown menu mouse over

Can someone please tell me how you change the the mouseover color on the taskbar menu and the favorites text color and mouseover in ie??

It's driving me crazy tryin to figure it out,

I did read read Brainiac's tip but that only seems to affect one color.

I don't belive you can change the mouse over color. You can change the text color though from Brainiac's advice.

favorites mouseover color does not change.

its text color is derived from the unskinned menu normal text.
taskbar popup menus are the same as dropdown menus.

Thanks again I.R. and pictoratus, maybe in a future version it would be nice to have a mouse over on them
