ICQ skinning...contact list fonts and icons not behaving

icons for online and offline not changing and fonts change but not the colors or effects.help me Obi-wan-Koasati...or anybody else... Am using latest versions of ICQ and ICQ +

Make sure your Contact List colors are set to default in the ICQ Preferences. Main button --> Preferences -->  Contact List --> Colors Tab.
