Get Rid of the Intro .biks

I was testing my main screens new "Updates" button which now reads "Update Sins of Humanity" and the new button takes me to the Mods downloads page. It took a bit of testing.

The Intro Movies always get on my nerves after a while. Most games I have can use a command line switch like + restart but not Sins. I did edit the user file but the dam things still play. Also moved them in the root dir to another folder. The dev no likes and got a scenery flyby for a bit.

The best way I found is using 4 empty quick .biks named the same as the files and place the movie folder in your mod.

It still takes a few seconds of black screen to load but I likey
