Can I get some testers on a WB oddity?

Can I get some testers on a WB oddity?

Brainiac and I have run across a strange thing in my latest WB skin Romulus. On some systems, there is an alignment problem on the StartPanel. On some there is not. We suspect it may have to do with WindowBlinds version.
Can I get some volunteers to download these 2 skins and see if you get the mis-alignment on either and let me know which has the mis-alignment and what version of WB you are using.
I would appreciate any help or feedback.

Since it is Geocities, you may have to right click and 'Save Target as ...' to download these.

Thanks, Hippy. That makes sense. That's why even with odd sized left and right sizes, it worked on my 4.1

Sometimes they take a while. Anyway, I don't see them trying to fix an older version. It may be likely that 4.1 was a fix for something 'not quite right' in 4.0

Pic...what hippy is talking about and what you did are two different things. You did it with graphics and content margins. He's talking about being able to specify a specific size for the elements of the start menu.(like the skinny places menus)

I dont think they would purposely introduce a meaningless change that would affect all those WB4 skins adversely.Especially just a point upgrade.Bet they dont even know about this.

Oh, I get it.
Been thinking about doing something along that line.

You may be right.

Well, it's looking like we've gotten all the help we can, Michael. I think it's likely we've pinned it down to version. I'm not sure what the solution is as far as having a skin work on either/or regarding version. It may be that it will show up so infrequently that it's ignored. It would be nice to be able to run 2 versions of WB in order to test for this when making a skin, so as to see the odd ones beforehand, but I don't know if you could have 2 different versions of WB installed at the same time.

To everyone that gave feedback and tried to help, I appreciate it.
