Car shopping is done...

Car shopping is done.  For now, I am the owner of a shiny new Kia Soul.  In the future, it will be my daughter's car.  The for now was for technical reasons as my daughter is just a little too young to sign legal documents and such.  That won't take too much longer to change though.

It seems to be a pretty nice set of wheels.  Reasonably roomy inside, does well in crash tests (not that we intend to find that out), and sits up enough off the road to be comfortable for me to get in and out of, and to provide my daughter (or whomever is driving) a good view of the road ahead.

The current advertising for the Kia Souls (You could drive this, or you could drive that, rapping hamsters) is pretty funny.  We're thinking of trying to find a nice spot in the car to put a couple of Zhu-Zhu pets that I had given my daughter a while back.  Fits the theme well
