Comments please

Hi Right now I'm working on a dx Theme.
But It would be nice to get comments of what to improve or change.
Since I have no Idea where to put the menu button and how the menu should be (attatched, free standing, in the taskbar) Please give me some advice.

I would have made the menu button on the top on the left. When clicking on it a menu next to it, simulair to the bar with the 'meters'. You could also add some kind of 'on right mouse click' menu witch pops from the side to your arrow
