How do you make DX themes Muliti Resolution

In DX documents it says you can make a theme multi res supporting how is this done? Thanks IN advance

I think this one was a special one. email one of the DX artist like treetog or Adam Solley and they will tell you. I think if you go to the news link on the stardock website you can post this question there.

I think this should be, once the answer is given, a sticky on this message board.
