DC there's nothing i can do about that, with this particular frame design, MS paint doesn't content its margins the same as normal frames.

  I use paint often so I have seen this before on other skins.  If you have the toolbar show below the ribbon it helps somewhat.

Oh yeah, and those tiles ROCK!:thumbsup: B)

Thx Wiz, good advice, Paint just skins weirdly if u have extra space above the titlebar in ur design, nothing skinners can do about it really.
