Obama Regime Sues Arizona for Law they Won’t Enforce

The Soetero Administration has filed a lawsuit against Arizona for enforcing the law that the federal government won’t enforce.  One of the talking points of the administration is that the law is discriminatory in nature, which it is not. Of course, they filed a lawsuit which has nothing to do with discrimination because they know it is a lie and they know they could never possibly win against that, so they are making the case the federal law pre-empts Arizona’s law.

Of course this is the administration would won’t prosecute obvious voter intimidation by the New Black Panther party.

I noted the grounds for the suit.  Not a word about racial profiling.  I guess the lawyers for Calderon wasted all their time.

Perhaps Obama is aspiring to be the VP of Mexico under Calderone after his one miserable, failed term in America is over.

That one does tend to puzzle: Cities ignore federal law and get a pass. A state puts the weight of its law behind the federal law and gets sued.

How many people would sue a person trying to help you do your job? Obama and his cronies it appears. I sure hope sane Democrats start to wake up. There has to be some that can see past party ideology and tell right from wrong. It's going to take more than just those in Arizona.

I see another 5-4 vote coming. Obama must know this as well. It could be an "oh, well WE tried" trick on Hispanic voters (at least the ones and others that don't support the AZ law) to vote grab. Seem the government will spare no taxpayer cost to garner votes for its own purpose.

You have to remember who is running the insane asylum. Hint:  It is not the doctors anymore.

In what should be a 9-0 one.  But then no one said you had to be intelligent to be on SCOTUS.

RC it can appear that way. Even if this president and his minions were able to wipe out conservatism completely (which would be impossible), he would still have to deal with a diverse coalition that, while for now might see conservatives/capitalism as the enemy, would begin in-fighting the moment they won. These differences would magnify themselves very quickly. We can see small examples of it now... a Congressional majority that can't get their entire agenda passed through with ease.

Anyone find it interesting how they are going after Arizona for their immigration law when Missouri has had essentially the same law for about 5 years?  Let's also mention Nebraska passing their law against illegal immigration.  No, lawsuits against them.  Hmmm, one has to wonder.

Lets also mention that they are suing AZ for allegedly usurping Federal power (not racial profiling as mentioned in the thread).  To spite AZ I heard that they defunded ICE in AZ preventing them from doing what little of their job they WERE doing. 

That's like an unproductive union worker going on strike while the Union sues the company for hiring someone to do the work of the unproductive worker. Oy vey even writing this makes my head spin. 

I gotta go lay down now.

One county here in the Old Dominion has had the same essential law for the last 3 years.  And no one has mounted any type of successful challenge to it (they have threatened, but never brought it to court).

Health Care - 60-34 against

Immigration - 56-28 Against

Tax Increases - 62-23 against

Kagan - 46-34 against (well at least they get close on that one).
