Why Can't I download any deskscapes!!!!

I purchased

Product Name: Subscription
User Name     : Jason Marion
Serial number : xxxxxxxxx - serial number removed by Moderator

 

It Say's I would have unlimited downloads of deskscapes. but I do not have unlimited download privileges. WHY?

It also Say's I would have a level 5 access. It still shows visitor on my account. WHY?

I sign in and everything. still no unlimited download. I get

 

Download Unsuccessful

Do you use the same email here at WC that you used for the purchase? If paypal I think it may sometimes take a little longer for things to update.

Your purchases are under a different account than the one you're logged into here.  Make sure you are using the correct account information.  If you have any questions about what is going on, send an email to [email protected] and we'll help you out.  Dealing with accounts on a public forum doesn't really work so well.
