Diplo server issues (crashing everyone out)

To whichever paid employee it may concern

    At 3pm US EASTERN TZ the diplomacy server took another large dump on all the players online (including me). It was down for ten hours last night and finally came back online earlier today. It remained down for only about 5min. But games in progress were obviously lost and this is not helping the already small community

Developers i speak for everyone who plays diplomacy online, PLEASE FIX IT lol we love this game

atleast is it possible to get a comment or two from someone who knows whats going on ?

The hiccup just now was due to a connection interrupt at the datacenter where ICO is hosted. All services at that datacenter were affected.

Thankyou Kryo,

it just seemed odd that only hours after the server came back on it crashed again. However now it is clear that the two 'hiccups' were not related.

Now to fix the OP Skirantra ... >)
