Why doesn't this work?

Ok guys, this is very irritating. Why is it that I can go to anyone's gallery, and choose to view their skins in tile view at 60 per page, and it results in seeing ALL skins in tile view at 60 skins per page?

I just wanna see that particular artist's skins!!!!!!!!   Can we get this fixed, please????  :\

But this will get the results I need, but it requires you know the authors exact site name. So the other way should work, please fix it.
