Cannot create character because of invalid serial numbers

I don't even want to create a Metaverse character as I'm not interested in it; however, apparently I have to do so in order to play the TOA "Tournament" scenarios. Every time I try, however, I receive this message:

This is highly annoying. Does anyone know what's going on? How, exactly, do I contact the site admins?

Edit: Never mind... figured out what was going on myself.
