Keep Getting This - Unable to Extract XP logon File

Advice Please

I thought I would try out LogonStudio ( v.1.7.0 ) on my notebook running Windows Vista Ultimate , the problem I have is this ..

 

When I select ..  Load

 

then go to my wallpaper folder and find a jpg image I want to use as my log in screen , when I click '' any '' jpg image

I then get this box on screen ..

 

Unable to Extract XP logon File

 

LogonStudio was unable to decode the xp logon file

C:\user\eyei\documents\photos\201300623-084808.jpg

 

I think I am doing some thing wrong some where - any ideas please  :S

Load is to open a logonstudio file for a downloaded skin; click create and then browse to the image you want to use, name it, save, it will now be a saved logon and appear in config to be applied whenever you open logonstudio.
