https://www.stardock.com/labs/devuvuzelator/ explains the connection, the app is made by Jeff who created Fences, it works but not well enough to get rid of all the drone, the real problem is on TV but there are settings for your graphics equalizer on the net to try lessen the drone watching the World Cup.

By all the gods I HATE those things. Watching soccer is bad enough. Watching it with annoying noise is some cruel kind of torture. I'd love to see some nut job go on killing spree at one of these events and blow the brains out of anyone with one of those god awful horns.

Soccer is only called "Football" in 3rd World Countries :P

REAL Football is played with a Pigskin and you use your hands :P
