[BETA 2] BUG - Can't complete quest with champion

I got the Assassin Nabaja, went to a quest trigger with her and got the Rats in the Ruins quests. After going to the ruins she got 1 dead rat item. However upon going back to the quest trigger I was informed there were no quests to complete and this quest had already been taken. In order to complete the quest I had to give the rat item to the sovereign and then go to the quest trigger. Only then was I able to complete the quest.

Save showing the behavior. Nabaja has the dead rat in her possession and is standing on the quest trigger in question. Moving her off and back on will show the message. Giving the rat to the sovereign allows the quest to complete.

Incidentally if I try to load this save and then click End Turn, end turn remains greyed out and I cannot continue! This is only occurring when I load the saved game!

same issue, with Rats in the Ruin as well.  I later walked the Sov to the Inn together with the other hero and got credit.

Makes sense.. I took the Rats in the Ruins quest, but had heroes that were closer than the one who took the quest, so they 'cleared the dungeon'.  One of them walked the quest item back to the inn to get the reward, but received the same barred door.  So, gave the dead rat to the hero that actually accepted the quest and same result.  Soveriegn was way on the other side of the map, but that was the next one to try..  

I think it's just a trap for the Sovereign -> "I will only give you this reward (thugs in backroom) if your leader shows up!"

I had this issue while playing 1.09o the hero which accepted the quest was not able to activate reward.
