Calendar docklet icon orientation

Question.  Is there a way in OD2 to change the angle of the day/number on the calendar docklet?  I wanted to use a background that isn't tilted, if possible, and would like to change the way the date is displayed...

Although you can change the graphic used, (It's just a .PNG file) the month and day number would still be slanted, as it is programmed to do that.  I think most people just use either Rainlendar or DesktopX calendars these days.
