Any LOST fans out there?
What did you think of the ending?
No Lost fans?
Strange.
I thought Gilligan's Island had a better story, but I don't like much tv at all. Talk about some movies or documentary's maybe.
the ending was terrible. Rather than focusing almost entirely on the sentimental, they could have explained more. Like, who the hell was Jacob's pretend mother? More background on the origin of the island would be great, other than that it's a stopper in the bottle so to speak.
Meh it wasn't "terrible" .. but .. there were a LOT of other awesome episodes this season that were much, much better than the finale.
That's what you get from a "we don't know where we're getting at, so we make it all up as we go along" series. ![]()
Ya, well...
Did you know that John Locke was a very influential person from the 17th century? In fact, many of his ideas had a direct influence on the wording of the U.S.'s Declaration of Independence (Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness - things like that), and the Constitution (the separation of governmental powers, for example). Thomas Jefferson considered him to be one of the three greatest men that ever lived.

Kinda strange that, in the series, Locke started out that way but ended up being the equivalent of Satan.
Or, is that just another way of saying that the U.S.A. is the Great Satan - as so many Muslims consider it?
