Fences Pro forgets all icons

Sometimes, quite often, when I start up my PC (I turn it off each night), all icons are out of the Fences and on the Desktop.
Is that a bug? Can you fix it? I can restore from a snapshot, but this is annoying...

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, 4 GB of RAM.

The developer has actually been able to reproduce this bug, so a fix should be coming in the future.
