Restore points

Does anyone know what would cause restore points manually made to get deleted? The size for them is big enough and there's plenty of room on the drive.It seems if one is made when windows update runs it stays but the manual ones don't.. Let me know, thanks..

hi Richard. this is a common problem with many different suggestions. I think to help a bit as to what may or may not work you should read this entire forum. There are many but I found this quite interesting.
