I don't know if you are like me at all, but I love yard sales.  I love to bargain shop in yard sales more than I actually like to throw them, but throwing them can be fun too.  It does require some work, but it's less work than you would think.  And when you throw one every year, like my mom and I do, then you start to pick of the tricks of the trade.

We started early this year by having our yard sale last weekend.  It went well, except I got sick halfway through it lol.  However, we did make a lot of money and we got rid of a lot of stuff that we don't need anymore.  It is a great feeling to have a successful yard sale.  We use this website as an advertising tool this time around and it worked out great.
