Things like skins from the gallery Library?

Do you have a subscription to Object Desktop or WinCustomize?  If not I believe there is a cap on how much you can download.

Since you show to be a current customer, I'm pretty sure you should have the abiliy to download. 

That being the case, you should contact support so they can look into it for you. At the least, I'd move this to the support group if I were you.

It might be a bug with the new site and your profile.

As I understand it you need to be a subscriber to have access to unlimited downloads. I think current customer status has a download cap. It used to be 500Mb; dont know what it is now, but you may have exceeded it.

I copied this from another thread:

"As a current customer, there is no download cap. Try logging out, flush your browser cache and then log back in. If that doesn't work start a ticket with [email protected]"

You may be right here Xiandi. I was working off an old (2008) post by Zoomba which limited Visitors to 25Mb and Citizens to 500Mb. Perhaps someone like ID might clarify this.

Someone just dug up an old thread that covers this.

Current customers are able to download, without a cap imposed.
