No desktop icons in Safe Mode if fences was running

Hi, I've spent a while trying to find out why when I reboot to Safe Mode

- no desktop icons are displayed

- then rt click on desktop, view, 'show desktop icons' is ticked

- click on that again, desktop icons are displayed.

- rt click on 'computer' hangs- throbber by cursor for ever.

Log off, log on in Safe mode- icons & rt click are ok.

If I reboot to SMode from normal mode having disabled the registry entries for Fences shown in Autoruns, the desktop behaves nornally.

I also note two icons are behind the task bar in Safe Mode. 'Realign to grid' corrects this.

Would appreciate ideas as I like Fences. Thanks!
