Cannot access My Settings page

from WinCustomize Forums

I tried to find this in another post and couldn't find anything about this. When I go to My site than My Settings I receive this

Server Error/Application The Resource cannot be found.

I have cleared cookies, Temp files, etc. Have tried it on 3 different computers with 3 different browsers, IE8, latest firefox and opera. Is this something that is in the process of being fixed or a different problem. Thank You.

Everybody is getting that issue Dave.

Gee, and you get a totally different page if you click on your user name at the top next to My Site when your in the forums than you would if you were not in the forums, and gee, if your in the forums and click My Site, it gives you the same error you are describing here, and gee, if your in the forums and click Upload at the top, you get the explore page at " https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/new ".  C'mon people, links are links and easy to fix!  The links should do the exact same thing no matter where you are at on the site, forums or not.  ;)

Well that answers my question. It's not working yet. I don't mind waiting a bit to get things fixed as I know there is a lot to do. However insteat of working on making the galleries bigger, etc. why can't the things that don't work at all be fixed first than the improvements addressed?

The links were changed on the WinCustomize site and I didn't realize it.  I'll fix this later today.

No problem Bara. I was just wondering if it was only me with the situation. I can't even get into My Site now but am aware you or someone will take care of it. Big task going on here and it will be corrected as I have no doubts.

Hmm.. well, you could change it from ImpulseDriven.net for now.  Simply click on Account and there's a sex dropdown there.  You might also be able to get there by just clicking here.

Thanks for the link, but it's already set to female there, as is my profile on the old site. I tried setting it again and saving it, but it didnt change it.

It's not a big deal. I can wait until everything is normalized. I know you are busy. |-)

Bara, My Settings still not working. I'm logged on, click on My Site which is now working than click on My Settings.

Here is what I get.

That is a known error.  I have plans to update that project in the near future (both so that the design matches the new site, and so that the major bugs are fixed).  For the moment I have other priorities, but rest assured it will get fixed.

Thank you Bara. Wasn't sure from the replies above whether it was fixed or not. Will not bug you about this again as I know it will be fixed when its time comes on your list. Doing a great job trying to keep up and getting things fixed.

@DaveBax... OK, if you want access to your settings go to your profile page and click private messages, then account. There you can reach your images,registrations,,,,etc.;)     For now. :thumbsup:
