This is ridiculous

I bought fences pro 2 hours ago and I cant seem to find a way to install it. I install impulse but nowhere there does it say where you can install fences. In impluse when I go under Registration, I can perfectly see my serial key. and the doanload site. When I click on download, it downloads Impulse.  

I think this is ridiculous. So far I have regretted every minute of this experience

Am not looking to buy movies or watch TV. I am simply trying to install a piece of software. Why should be forced to download and install a memory hog like (70Mb of RAM) just so that I can install a 9Mb program??????????????????????????????

Click on the "My Software" tab and Fences should be listed.  Impulse is only required to run when downloading or updating, and does not stay resident in the background.  Also, it should only be using about 30MB of RAM.

Why do I have to install bloatware like impulse?

Why does impulse sit there and update for 7 minutes?

Why does impulse sit there in "connecting mode" for over 18 minutes? When it does log on, i dont see a My software tab.

What a horrible product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What sort of Internet connection are you on?  Impulse updates should take no more than a few seconds.
