We are aware of some issues with uploading, and are working on them now.

Please use this thread to report uploading issues specifically.  Please be as detailed as possible in your description, and include a screenshot if you think it will be helpful.

 

Update #2:

All skins are going into moderation at the moment regardless of user level.  This is being addressed.

Hey Hankers, I believe it was but that would be Island Dogs fault as per the summer skin contest upload rules

"Uploads must be tagged with #summer10 (example: Summer wallpaper #summer10)"

Yeah, it isn't required for the actual filename.  It's just important to put in the titles that way it makes it easier to search for the skins.
