[BUG] Uploading isn't working.

I just tried to upload a theme to the Winstep gallery and the screenshot didn't show up. So could someone please delete it until this is fixed. I'm going to just postpone uploading until these site issues are fixed. I have 8 things to upload and I'd rather not have everything get all buggered up.
