Ember damage bug

Weirdest thing.  About 12-13 min in, erabus had died on the mana side, rook wrathed that side, and an ember appears on the ground.  Standing near the ember made us take ridiculous damage (like 50-70 dmg a tick as fast as an archer tower).  Wish I knew why this happened, anyone got anything?

It's the thing right in front of the flag.  Time is just after 13 min I think (my time bugged out after someone died in the replay woo).  It happened shortly after erabus died and the rook wrathed the side.  If you hover over our chars to see hp, you'll see we drop for no reason while standing near the flame on the ground.

I also had this except it was a monks attack that was suspended in air that never disappeared, it just kept rotating in air. I quit that game because I whole lane was unpushable because of it. You walked into it and took 70 damage 3 times a second.
