First Time and am rather confused...

Hi all, I just got the last of the micro expansions, Diplomacy, and am loving it. But then I herd of the 7 deadly sins mod. So i copied it into the 3 different folders. 1 for sins, one for entrench and one for dip. But soon as i try loading it in game the game freezes up except for the mouse and when i go to the task manager it says its stopped responding. Tried doing it with all 3 game variants. Any help?

PS Specs: AMD Turion(tm) II Dual-Core Mobile M520 (2 CPUs), ~2.3GHz

4096MB RAM

627 GB

AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255)

Have you checked if the mod you are trying to load is compatible with the version of sins your trying to load it into. From what I've read the mod hasn't been updated for the latest versions, and I'm pretty sure its not for Diplomacy at all.

I think he downloaded the latest public release which is 2.1 so in other words a quite outdated version. You can choose to become a playtester here: http://forums.danmangames.com/ and get acces to the latest version which is for entrenchment.

Well i figured it would not be fore diplomacy.. and i just found it >.< thanks for bring that up cause I just assumed it would work with the most recent version of normal sins at least lol. Anyways heres what I found:

Unfortunately V 2.1 is only compatible with update 1.05..

 

This pretty much rots me cause i dont want to go through a reinstall lol... Oh well looks like Ill have to wait and see if its ever updated to work with 1.12+
