Hi, I keep trying to upload a 33kb photo for my avatar but it keeps telling me it is to big. I have also tried reducing the size down to 30kb but it still is not working.
It gives you a 40kb window to work with as well.

Fixed the problem i think
Hi Brandon, I had trouble too. Then I noticed that this site says it can be 100 x 100 but Win Customize says only 50 x 50. I was able to upload from Win Customize without a problem once I reduced the size down.
Well, as we can see you already fixed it. How were you able to fix it by the way ?
Sorry did not see this reply. I used Irfanview. I just kept cutting the size of the picture in half. I would try to upload it every time as well.
