Diplomacy Problems

My Diplomacy keeps crashing on me and a box pops up and says "minidump". Also I keep getting rebels attacking my planets when it's under my cultural influences. Can anyone help? Any suggestion?

not sure about the minidump problems though try a lower graphical setting to see if that helps

as for the other, it sounds as if you are playing against a TEC opponent that has insurgency researched (tier 8), thats whats happening there

Well Im not playing against TEC. Im playing against Advent and Vasari. Im TEC myself and my planets are my influences

Do you have any mods enabled? If the attacking ships actually say "Rebels", it's exclusively a TEC research tech, it's the only way Rebel ships show up on the map.

I was wondering, the rebels ships appear even if the planets under your influences?Or do you only need the research from TEC then there will be rebels?

I have heard of ones reporting Rebel attacks against themselves when they researched this tech, I never have though

Well u see Im playing against a TEC but he doesnt have any influences on any of my planets

Insurgent rebels will attack any planet except those that are neutral or controlled by allies.

it doesn't matter if they have influence on your planet or not. They can strike anywhere on the map.

cultural influence has no effect on Insurgency (the tech we are referring to)

Crashing may be affected by game time, size, and the amount of RAM your computer possesses. At least, those are the most likely causes of crashes. There may be other causes, of course.
