Another thing is, judging your planet names it seems your ARC went wrong. Do you have a PQ14, PQ10 and PQ3 planet in your system right off the start? I bet your star is named "New Iconia II" right? Should be "Iconis"...

Does the difficulty level have anything do to with having a good price?
I remember playing at easy and having an easy time selling stuff and when I went to a higher difficulty level selling stuff was a lot harder.
Hence my question, which difficulty levels were these transaction done on?
Yeah, you need to gift them the money of the others so it will be more. No techs to get? awwwww....
