Theme Path in Windows 7

I have done some searching, but I cannot seem to either get the right keywords or have just overlooked the posts...

What is the path for the WindowBlinds 7 theme files in Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I have been looking so I can unzip a theme, but I cant seem to find the directory where the themes need to go.

Any help at will be appreciated.
