My Love for Exercise
Exercising is one of the most important things you can do in your life. It's so important to take care of your health. I have no choice but to work out, what with my IBS and such. It's been really good though. Hard yes, but good. I really do love working out now. It's one of the best parts of my day.
Luckily, I don't have to wake up super early to get my work out in. I work from home so I can workout whenever I want. I usually wait until the afternoon because that's when I feel my best. I like pack up this with a pair of my husband's mma fight shorts and an mma hoodie of his, because that's the kind of clothing I like to workout in, and head out to the gym to get in a good solid hour of exercise. I try to do both strength training and cardio everyday, while listening to Justin Timberlake ofcourse

I really wish that I could work out with my husband more often. I love working out with him because he is the perfect exercise partner. He's fun to be around, but also very challenging because he pushes me to workout relly hard. It's always a good time
. We really bond when we workout together. I'm going to go watch a movie with my husband now. Peace.
