How do I tell how many starbases can fit into a gravity well?

Is there a way of knowing how many starbases I can build in a specific gravity well?

What is the general number for:

Planets

Stars

Asteroid Belts/Space Junk

Others

 

I just downloaded the expansions yesterday so I'm still learning.

but everything else is just 1
