Window Blinds Doesn't work on my computer?

None of the themes correctly apply.

None of the themes I try in Windowblinds seem to work. I have no idea why they don't work on this computer, while it seems to work just fine on my old emachines computer... (Both are XP.)

 

What's wrong? (I'm not exactly sure what info I should post, just tell me to post whatever you need to know.)

What is the make and model of the computer it won't work on? 

What version of XP in on that computer?

Since you are using a trial version, has that trial expired?

Version 2002

Service Pack 2

Computer:

AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2800+

2.08 GHz, 2.00GB of RAM

Probably should have asked this question to start with, is the same trial loaded on both computers? 

I know that you can put the paid version of two computers but I'm not sure if that is allowed with the trial version.  Maybe someone will come along who knows the answer to that question.

My old computer is long dead. I just found it strange how it work on such a low quality computer, but not this one. Not that this one is much better, I just found it strange. I felt I should use my past experience to put more emphasis on the situation.
