Drag 'n' Drop problems :(

| OK, A couple of times in the past few days, my wonderful computer has taken it upon itself to remove my icon dragging privileges. All of a sudden I have found myself unable to drag ANY icons on my system, not even dragging a single file out of winrar to my desktop. Yet another wonderful 'feature' of Windows7 no doubt. So... Does anyone know how to re-enable icon dragging once Windows has so thoughtfully stopped me? |
