edit box size (spin controls)

SKS7 indicates that the spin controls can be larger based on the edit box size. where (oh where) is the control that controls the edit box size.

Edit boxes can be the size the app developer decides on.  Thats why there is a warning not to assume they are always tiny as they could be bigger.
