Demigod is running slow and my requirements are better than recommended

Demigod is running slow on my computer ....

My Computer Spec are : 

Pentium 4 3.0 GhZ ( 3 MB Cache )

3 GB of Ram 

Windows Vista (32 Bit)

9500 GT 512 GDDR3 

 

it's even running very slow on low . 

please someone help
