[0.295] Finally, I got quests !!!!!!!!

I have copied all xml quest files from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic\Temp\English\Core Quests into My Games\Elemental\Quests

Then I have started a new game and new icons have appeared on the map. After having search quest technologies and ruins exploration, I have tried to go into a spot with an new icon, and I was offered a quest.
