List of new effects and tweaks to artifacts in Diplomacy?

I noticed that a number of them are different, and am curious about the rest.

I tried searching around a bit on the forum but didn't find anything.  I'm rather curious about all of the changes.  It can be rather hard to find all the artifacts in the game to check them out side-by-side.

One I know for a fact is that the Jump Field Generator artifact is now -50% antimatter wasted in transit as opposed to the previous -30%.

I'm going to toss together a quick 100% artifacts map to see what's different, so give me a little while.

Entrenchment Effects

Planetary Organic AI: 10% tax rate increase, 20% growth rate increase
Matter Compressor: 15% trade goods value increase
Ion Field Generator: -20% bombing damage taken
Phase Accelerator: 50% faster in-system phase jump speed
Data Archive: -25% research cost
Jump Field Generator: -30% antimatter lost in transit
Power Core Relic: 10% faster antimatter regeneration
Jump Drive Relic: 50% faster jump speed between stars
Manifest Dominion: 25% faster culture spread, 10% more resistant culture
Resilient Metaloids: 15% faster hull repair
Kinetic Intensifier: 12% damage increase 
Relativistic Factories: 25% faster ship build rate

Diplomacy Effects

Planetary Organic AI: 25% tax rate increase, 40% growth rate increase
Matter Compressor: 25% trade goods value increase
Ion Field Generator: -40% bombing damage taken, 25% survival rate increase
Phase Accelerator: 50% faster in-system phase jump speed, 25% faster charge-up rate
Data Archive: -25% research cost, 5% faster research
Jump Field Generator: -50% antimatter lost in transit
Power Core Relic: 15% faster antimatter regeneration, 10% max antimatter increase
Jump Drive Relic: 50% faster jump speed between stars, 10% mass decrease
Manifest Dominion: 30% faster culture spread, 20% more resistant culture, 1.00 relationship bonus
Resilient Metaloids: 50% faster hull repair, 1.0 armor increase
Kinetic Intensifier: 15% damage increase, 10% range increase
Relativistic Factories: 30% faster ship and structure build rates

Ah, thanks for that.  I was missing the Jump Drive Relic, Jump Field Generator, and Ion Field Generator still. In particular, it is nice that the Jump Drive Relic got an additional bonus that works regardless of whether or not the map has multiple systems.

This is an extremely useful reference and should probably be stickied.  Some massive buffs to some of the worst artifacts.  I wouldn't feel bad about finding any of these now.
