make land status easier to see

it is currently really hard to tell if land is reclaimed or not... please make it easier to distinguish deadlands from reclaimed land.

There is already an option to make it easier to see the land status. It's called 'Cloth map. env. color...'. I have it somewhere around 50 most of the time which makes it pretty easy to see if land has been reclaimed, without making it too green.

Env. color = 80 for me. I really like to clearly see the revived land.

I turned it up to 100 and it definitely helps... The default should definitely be 100 on the cloth map color.
