[Bug/Interface] Zoom out/zoom in ends at a different location

A minor bug but a bit annoying:

When you zoom out (by a lot) and then directly zoom in again you sometimes don't end up with the same view you started.

It's the same way it works in GalCiv 2, you zoom in to the current mouse pointer position.  There should be an option for it, like there is in GC2, though.

Update: Yes, there is an option: 'Zoom to cursor'
