Now when I update to SKS 7 on Impulse it uninstalls SKS 5. Is this supposed to happen? I thought you could have both.
according to Neil thats true...maybe you have to reinstall 5 afterwards... 
those plasma tubes are not final...the left one is inactive but both are animated in reverse from each other for the active windows.
scroll bars going away...start button and taskbuttons are animated too.
Start menu will be animated but I'm scared to do it right now
the frames were 32 frames and I did them 3 times before I got it right...phew! 
You have a very unique style. I just went through your gallery. Too bad I don't run XP or I'd try some of your older skins out. Here's to hoping they get the Win7 treatment.
Knot Vista and ecological are being made ready for Vista and 7 but they are masterskins...if I start using these old XP skins on either of those I will probably upgrade them someday. (maybe)
The biggest problem is both of those OS's still have so many white areas that cant be skinned yet...it always sends me back to XP. 
I also added a lot of special function buttons to the frames...bitmap frames are hard for me to grab (4 pixel grab width) so I made all 4 of those copper buss ends resize window grabbers. lower right bolt is 'send to bottom of z order'
