Increase Size of User Account Picture at Welcome/Login Screen

Hello:  

I was looking for a way to increase the size of my user account picture when logging in at the welcome screen.  I was hoping to maybe double the default size.  I am not really interested in the background or wallpaper of the login screen - just the user picture.  Any ideas?
