Can't get my favorite cursor to work in W7

Hi, anyone else having trouble with getting a cursor to work. I had it in XP and I can't stand this little pointer, which is all they offer. I have tried a lot of things but mainly getting "could not access network/Themes" and errors of that type.....any advice?

What is the cursor and do you have CursorFX loaded?
